Employee Wage Lawyer and Overtime Lawyer - Car Wash Company Settlement On Behalf of Car Wash Attendants

Shapiro Haber & Urmy LLP represented a class of car wash attendants in Massachusetts who were employed temporarily in the United States pursuant to H-2b visas, most of whom were recruited from Mexico and Central America. The employees sought to recover unpaid overtime compensation and other wages under Massachusetts law. The case was settled for $550,000, for approximately 96 employees.
