Securities Fraud Lawyer - UNIFI Communications, Inc. Fiduciary Duty Litigation

Shapiro Haber & Urmy LLP represented the Trustee of UNIFI Communications, Inc., in a breach of fiduciary duty lawsuit against its former directors, alleging that they grossly mismanaged UNIFI in the period leading up to its bankruptcy, causing UNIFI's insolvency to deepen. Shapiro Haber & Urmy recovered $3.95 million for UNIFI and its creditors.
