Electronic Arts Florida Artists Overtime Litigation

Tam Su, v. Electronic Arts, Inc., Civil Action No. 6:05-cv-131-19-JGG (United States District Court for the Middle District Florida, Orlando Division).  Lead counsel in representative action under the Fair Labor Standards Act seeking to recover unpaid overtime compensation allegedly owed to computer graphics artists employed in Florida by Electronic Arts, Inc.  The case was settled following the settlement of the Kirschenbaum case for a total of $785,000, for approximately 111 class members.
