Class Action Suit Filed Against Stone & Webster

Shapiro Haber & Urmy LLP is representing employees and former employees of Stone & Webster to recover damages suffered by Stone & Webster employee retirement plans for breach of fiduciary duty by certain former officers and directors of Stone & Webster who were fiduciaries of the plans. Settlement subject to approval by the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
