the United States District
Court, District of Massachusetts, against
Bayview Crematory. The suit seeks
equitable relief and damages on
behalf of the families of all
decedents whose remains were
cremated by Bayview Crematory.
The case alleges defendants
engaged in wrongful practices
such that the bodies of the
deceased were returned to their
family members in urns mixed
with the ashes of other bodies
or not returned at all.
