| OUR TEAM
Shapiro Haber & Urmy LLP has a general litigation practice. We represent individuals and businesses who have been hurt by corporate fraud or by unfair business, employment or insurance practices. The firm has been awarded the "AV" rating by the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, which is given only to those who have earned a very high measure of professional esteem and have adhered to the highest ethical standards in this profession.
We have successfully represented shareholders in securities fraud class action suits, consumers and businesses in unfair business practice cases and employees in unlawful employment practice cases. Partners in the firm are among the few in the field who have conducted jury trials in securities fraud class actions and won multimillion dollar verdicts.
