On October 24, 2001, the firm of Shapiro Haber & Urmy LLP filed a securities class action entitled William H. Bolton, et. al. v. ART Technology Group, Inc., C.A. No. 01-CV-11832, in the USDC for the District of Massachusetts against ART Technology Group, Inc., Jeet Singh, and Joseph T. Chung.
