Nov. 17, 2006, Black Box said it
received a letter of informal

and products plans to cooperate
fully with the SEC in this matter.
On March 20, 2007,
the company said it expects
additional noncash, pretax charges
for stock-based compensation expense
of about $63 million, and will also
need to restate previous financial
statements.
On June 1, 2007, the
company disclosed Friday that it
received a document subpoena from
the SEC related to stock-option
practices.”
