disclosed that it received a letter
dated June 7 from the SEC requesting
documents relating to stock options
granted from 1997 to the present.
Asyst said it is cooperating in the
SEC's inquiry. Asyst said June 28 it
received a grand jury subpoena from
the U.S. District Court for the
Northern District of California
requesting documents related to
stock-option grants.”
